Dye Blocker DTF transfers add a protective barrier that helps reduce dye migration from polyester and sublimated garments into your artwork. Keep whites looking cleaner and light colours clearer on challenging fabrics.
What is dye migration?
Heat can cause dyes in a garment to move into the transfer above it. A white design on a red jersey, for example, can take on a pink tint. Dye Blocker DTF is designed to help limit that colour bleed.

Prepare your artwork
Provide clean vector artwork or a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background, ideally 300 dpi at the finished print size. Include your required dimensions, quantity and garment details so we can check suitability.
Pressing and garment testing
A heat press is required. Follow the Dye Blocker DTF application instructions supplied with your order. Temperature, pressure, timing and peel method must match the transfer and fabric. Always test on the actual garment before a full production run.
