Refund, Cancellation & Missing Item Policy
Orders submitted through the Gang Sheet Builder cannot be edited, modified, cancelled, or refunded once submitted.
Customers are responsible for inspecting their order as soon as it is received. Any missing items, shortages, or order discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours of the carrier’s confirmed delivery date and time.
All claims must be submitted by email to Strongnfreecdn@gmail.com and must include the order number. Photos of the package, contents, and shipping label may be required for verification.
Claims submitted through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media platform will not be accepted. Email is the only valid method of contact for missing item claims.
Missing items reported within the 72-hour reporting period may, at our discretion, be replaced and shipped at no additional cost or credited to the customer’s account.
Claims submitted after the 72-hour reporting period are not eligible for replacement shipment. However, if the shortage can be verified, a store credit equal to the value of the missing item will be issued to the customer’s account.
Strong N Free CDN reserves the right to investigate and verify all claims before issuing any replacement, credit, or resolution.
