Our standard production turnaround is currently 1–2 business days. In most cases, you will receive an update from our production team either later today or the following business day regarding your order status.

⚡ Need 24-Hour Pickup or Rush Production?

We do offer an optional Rush Production Upgrade for customers requiring priority service or a 24-hour turnaround. This rush service allows your order to be moved ahead of the standard production queue and prioritized by our team.

Please note:

• Rush production must be added during checkout
• Orders without the rush upgrade are automatically placed into the regular cloud production queue alongside all incoming orders
• Standard orders are processed in the order they are received over the normal 1–2 business day timeframe

📍 Rush pickup service is currently available at our:

• Surrey pickup location
• Toronto pickup location

At this time, guaranteed rush pickup is not officially available through our Victoria location. However, our head office team will always do their best to accommodate urgent orders whenever production scheduling allows.

While there is always a possibility your order may still be completed sooner depending on workflow and production volume, we unfortunately cannot guarantee same-day or 24-hour pickup unless the rush service has been selected.
