Final Finish sheet. 12.25" x 17.75". T Seal is designed to give you the best longevity on your white toner prints by "locking toner into the fibers of the shirt."

The T Seal is specifically designed to extend the life of your white toner prints by "locking the toner into the fibers of the fabric."

How It Works

After completing your transfer, simply press the T Seal over your design for a final post-press. This step adds durability by sealing and molding the image into the garment. It is compatible with any transfer paper or foil application and provides improved wash durability, as noted by many users. The T Seal replaces a finishing sheet for the post-press only and is reusable for 350 to 500 presses.

Key Notes

  • Optimal Temperature Use: 270°F - 290°F. Using above 300°F will reduce the sheet's lifespan.
  • Improved Print Longevity: While results vary depending on environmental conditions, materials, and textile brands, the T Seal is an excellent tool for enhancing your white toner printing process.
  • Performance: Some users notice a significant difference in wash durability, while others may not. Testing is recommended to determine if it's the right fit for your workflow.

Instructions for Best Results

Condition the Sheet (First Use):
Press the T Seal with the rubber side down on the lower platen of your heat press at 270°F (132°C) with medium pressure for 20 seconds.

Apply Your Transfer:
Press and peel your transfer following the specific instructions for your transfer paper.

Perform the Final Press:
Place the rubber side of the T Seal onto the transfer and press for 20 seconds with medium to heavy pressure.

Peel the T Seal Sheet:
Open the press, wait 5 seconds, and peel the sheet off slowly.

Note: Peeling immediately may cause some toner to stick to the T Seal.

Avoid Cutting the Sheet:
Cutting the sheet will cause the rubber film to detach.

Use Proper Temperature:
Always keep the temperature between 270°F and 290°F. Temperatures above 300°F will degrade the sheet's lifespan.

Avoid CP Toner and Sublimation:
Do not use CP Toner (found in older printers) or sublimation inks/toners.

Important Warnings

  • Do Not Cut the sheet; cutting will cause the rubber film to detach.
  • Do Not Use CP Toner (older printer models) as yellow pigments can migrate to the sheet. Compatible with newer Uninet or OKI printers.
  • Do Not Use Sublimation Inks or Toners with the T Seal.
  • Use Below 300°F to avoid degrading the sheet's lifespan.
